As her Personal Assistant, you will support with everyday tasks such as administration, household chores, food prep and accessing the community. Demonstrable experience and/or understanding of complex chronic illnesses (with hidden/invisible needs), autism or mental health would be very useful for this role, whether that be in a professional context or within your personal life. The role will involve a significant amount of administration/organisation tasks so an organised, systematic, and conscientious PA would be well-suited to this position. It will suit someone who has a curiosity for learning, and who is able to follow instructions. You must have excellent communication, empathy and interpersonal skills. A driver with a full clean license is also highly desirable (as is food hygiene certificate or knowledge). This is a part time position for 10-12 hours per week at £12.50 - £14 per hour (depending on experience) plus 5.6 weeks paid annual leave and workplace pension scheme. The majority of working hours will be during the afternoon on weekdays but occasional evenings or weekends may be required so some flexibility is desirable. This role is suitable for a job share between two PAs so applications are welcome from those who cannot cover all of the hours.
