An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Clinical Audit and Effectiveness Department acrossKingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dynamic Clinical Audit and Improvement Facilitator to join our well-established team.

The postholder will work closely with clinicians, nurses, and other colleagues to provide project management support for specific projects including national and local clinical audits and other quality improvement projects, with a focus on improving care for patients.

You will be responsible for managing a number of projects from start to finish, whilst providing advice for others. This will include assisting clinicians with project design, analysing and interpreting data, writing reports and presenting findings to clinical teams.

You should:

Be educated to degree level or have a qualification of equal weight

Have good knowledge of the process of clinical audit and understand its role in the NHS

Have good project management, IT, analytical and report writing skills

Have good communication, team working and presentation skills

If appointed, we can offer you training and development opportunities in a supportive team. Additionally, you will gain valuable experience working with senior clinicians and managers across a variety of specialties.

Please note that the role will be jointly based across both Kingston Hospital and Thames House in Teddington.
