Applications are invited for this exciting opportunity that has arisen within our Practice Management Team. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, innovative Assistant Practice Manager to assist our current Practice Manager. This role may also be suited to an existing Practice Manager looking for a new challenge.

We have recently become a Training Practice, we have a list size of 17,300 patients cared for by our team of GP Partners, Salaried GPs, long term locum, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses and Health Care Assistant. Our highly experienced Admin Team consists of reception, administration, secretaries and IT manager.

The role is diverse and encompasses a large variety of tasks. The ideal candidate will have a good management and financial background, experience in Human Resources and managing staff is essential. They will be expected to have strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, be highly motivated, proactive and an excellent team player. Previous experience in a health care setting is essential, with experience in GP Primary Care beneficial.


Salary Depending On Experience.
