We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Healthcare support workers to join our Colposcopy/Hysteroscopy Department.

You must be an enthusiastic, self motivated individual who is well organized and has excellent communication skills. You must be flexible and used to working under pressure. We need an effective team

You must be eager to learn and have an interest in Gynaecology and women's health. You must provide compassionate and confidential patient centered care and support in line with our Trust values.

To provide high quality of care to all patients.

Supporting and assisting all members of the multidisciplinary team and working to ensure that Birmingham Women’s is the best place to be cared for.

To always maintain a caring and professional attitude towards the needs of patients.

To liaise closely with medical and nursing staff, medical secretaries, to ensure clinics are conducted effectively and efficiently.

Undertake tasks and procedures in which competence has been demonstrated and recorded specific to the care environment in which the post holder is Employed
