The Role


They are looking for a talented and enthusiastic front of house receptionist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering, Logging & Processing Calls & Emails.
  • Greeting Customers Face to Face.
  • Maintaining a tidy working reception.
  • Record incoming post and deliveries including booking couriers.
  • Process customer bookings and job-sheets for invoicing.
  • Provide general office support, including filing, photocopying, and archiving.
  • Coordinate sub-contractors for any maintenance


Skills And Qualifications


  • Experience working in a reception environment
  • Good organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Flexible and able to multitask
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong communication skills with new and existing customers face to face
  • Able to thrive in a busy working environment.
