An exciting opportunity has arisen to be a part of a new Alcohol Care Team (ACT) within the Countess of Chester Hospital.
We are recruiting for a Alcohol Care Team Support Worker to join an expanding team looking to make a real difference.
You will be an integral part of working with people who need support and advice/guidance with Alcohol Misuse and their ongoing care needs.

To act as an integral member of the Alcohol Care Team (ACT).
To support the reduction of harm caused by alcohol misuse by supporting senior staff to provide a range of interventions to patients to promote their recovery in line with best practice frameworks.
To work without direct supervision within agreed parameters of responsibility and competence.
The Support Worker will have responsibility for a caseload, working in partnership with the wider recovery community including Community Alcohol Services (VIA).
CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care – including the provision of three GP surgeries.
