Campion is a 22-25 bedded unit supported by GP. We care for patients who require sub-acute admission prevention, dementia care & rehabilitation or palliative care.
This new and exciting position is suitable for anyone looking to 'develop' their career as a Rehabilitation support worker. You will be part of the multi-disciplinary team and have the ability to work flexibly/autonomously and efficiently with good organisational skills under the guidance of qualified therapists that enable you to work on your own initiative contributing to the smooth running of a very busy department.
