Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Instructor/ Physiotherapy Assistant to join the orthopaedic team at Ysbyty Gwynedd, Bangor.The successful candidate will support the physiotherapists and the multi disciplinary team to provide physiotherapy intervention and facilitate hospital discharges. The post will involve working with orthopaedic patients requiring rehabilitation. These will be both trauma and arthroplasty cases and may also include people who have accompanying conditions such as stroke, respiratory disease, and symptoms of frailty.Training and ongoing development will be available from a supportive, established team in a beautiful part of the UK.The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
