Waking Night Healthcare Support Worker based in Moortown, Leeds (LS17) — full-time 38.5 hours, paying £26,986.96 a year (£13.48 per hour). This waking nights role supports young people aged 16–30 with mental health needs, including eating disorders and self-harming behaviours. You will provide night-time wellbeing support, meal and post-meal support, medication administration, incident management and de-escalation, plus upkeep of a homely environment and accurate online care records. The position requires a Full UK manual driving licence and willingness to drive the service car; previous care experience isn’t essential as full induction, paid training and ongoing mentoring are provided. You’ll work alongside another night colleague or sleep-in and have access to an on-call manager for additional support.
