Support people through recovery in HMP Lincoln as a Recovery Worker with We Are With You. You’ll be a frontline key worker, managing an active caseload, creating personalised treatment plans and coordinating care for people with drug, alcohol and mental health needs. This role is based in HMP Lincoln (LN2), is permanent and full‑time (37.5 hours per week across a seven‑day rota including weekends) and requires an ability to build strong, non‑judgemental relationships. Essential checks include Prison Vetting and an Enhanced DBS; candidates should have experience in health, social care or criminal justice or a clear motivation to work in the substance‑use sector and either hold or be willing to achieve an ONC/NVQ Level 3 within 12 months.
