Main duties of the job
As our new Senior Administrator, your responsibilities will include:Be responsible for line managing the admin team, including delegating tasks and being the first point of contactMinute take in meetings, including the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), as well as gather and collate data and information, and collate into a presentation for the meeting chair to deliverCarry out admin duties all healthcare pathways - primary care, mental health and substance misuseArrange healthcare appointments for patientsUse SystmOne to update and maintain patient recordsWork closely with colleagues in other areas of the healthcare teamArrange and coordinate internal and external appointments, including hospital appointmentsDeal with patients, colleagues and other professionals via phone and email, as well as face to faceIf you are interested incareer development,we have a wide range of opportunities for you to develop your skills and
