We invite qualified candidates to become part of ourmultidisciplinary community team in Buckinghamshire as a Healthcare Assistant.This role involves providing holistic, person-centred end-of-life care andsupport to individuals and their families, ensuring that they receivecompassionate and thorough assistance during essential periods.

Main duties of the job
Your duties will include monitoring and maintaining patients' skinintegrity and personal hygiene, supporting their nutritional needs, ensuringthey get adequate rest and sleep, and assisting with mobility. You will alsohelp keep the care environment clean and organised and provide essentialsupport in symptom management.You will demonstrate empathetic and professional communicationwith patients and their significant others, consistently providing high-qualitypersonal care and support to enhance overall wellbeing.If you are passionate about making a difference in peoples' lives,we would love to hear from you.
