Care for people with long‑term kidney conditions at Diaverum’s Rotherham clinic as a Healthcare Assistant. Working under the supervision of a registered nurse, you’ll deliver hands‑on patient care: prepare supplies and treatment packs, keep equipment clean, undertake pre‑ and post‑dialysis health checks, escort patients around the clinic and serve refreshments during treatments. This part‑time role is 22 hours per week across two long days; the clinic runs 06:30–17:30 Monday to Saturday with no nights or Sundays. Salary is £23,810–£24,003 a year pro rata (depending on experience) and overtime is paid at time and a half after full‑time hours (150 hours every four weeks).

This role is ideal for caring, dependable people — especially women seeking flexible, meaningful work that fits family and life commitments. You’ll need GCSEs (or equivalent) and NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or be working towards Level 3) and be able to work clinically in a renal setting; a satisfactory DBS check is required. Diaverum invests in your development with on‑the‑job training, e‑learning and access to the in‑house d Academy, plus generous benefits including 35 days’ holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), life assurance, company pension, paid breaks, staff perks and a referral scheme up to £1,000.
