If you’re a compassionate organiser who enjoys supporting teams and making sure day-to-day systems run smoothly, this Administration Assistant role with Swansea Bay University Health Board in Cardiff (CF24) could be a great fit. Based within the Cardiff Community Learning Disabilities Team, you’ll provide core administrative support: diary management, arranging meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, transcribing, data entry, filing, routine audits and producing daily work lists. The post calls for someone who can work on their own initiative, prioritise tasks, handle confidential and sensitive records in line with information governance, and use MS Office confidently. A background in administration, experience of minute-taking and transcribing, and a vocational level 3 (or equivalent) are essential; Welsh language skills are desirable. The role is permanent, full-time, Band 3 (salary £25,313–£26,999 per annum) and is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service check; sponsorship applications will be considered.
