£14/hr plus paid travel time (£12.21/hr) and 35p/mile — you’re paid for driving between visits, not just care time.
Guaranteed 10 hrs/week contract (not zero‑hours) with a clear pathway to 20+ hrs — dependable income for budgeting.
Paid training and a free work phone — you’ll be fully equipped and supported from day one.
5% annual pay rises and clear career progression — realistic routes to senior care roles or team lead.
Local rounds across Herne Bay, Canterbury & Whitstable — ideal if you have a car, keeping travel times short.
Flexible morning/evening shifts to fit school runs or family life; alternate weekends required but hours are guaranteed.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous care experience (ideally domiciliary care)
- Full UK driving licence & own vehicle
- Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
