Are you an experienced care professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Worker to join our team. As a key senior member, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional support to our residents while effectively managing your team. Your role will involve planning and allocating tasks, ensuring the highest standards of care, and overseeing medication management. You will also assist with rota planning, staff supervision, and contribute to maintaining a safe and secure environment.
In this position, you will support the Service Manager in delivering a quality improvement plan, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with care standards. Your responsibilities will also include participating in staff training, recruitment, and managing personnel issues as needed.
