dedicated to delivering the highest standards of patient care. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting clinical pathways by providing comprehensive administrative and clerical assistance, ensuring seamless coordination of patient care.

In this dynamic role, the post holder will manage patient pathways with precision, maintain and update the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system in accordance with CSU standards, and contribute to the smooth operation of clinical services. Working as part of a
multidisciplinary team
, the post holder will assist in the
assessment and treatment planning
for young people and their families, contributing to impact healthcare outcomes.
