Job Purpose:
To provide professional assistance to the Creative Director in all aspects of daily personal life.



Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily family correspondence.
  • Efficient diary management including personal appointments and engagements.
  • Complete management of all personal travel.
  • Prepare in-depth itineraries.
  • Collating expenses and submitting for payment.
  • Handle confidential information with complete integrity.
  • Expense management; managing tracker for personal purchases
  • Organising and tracking shipments
  • Carry out personal errands such as personal shopping tasks, collections, booking personal appointments or reservations.
  • Gifting – keeping on top of monthly birthday gifting, Christmas gifting.
  • Ability to work with children, managing a busy children’s schedule.
  • Arrange detailed travel plans including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itinerary coordination for personal trips.
  • Support in the planning and delivery of children’s birthday parties.
  • Assist with document management including drafting correspondence, preparing presentations/reports as required, organising records/files.



Skills & Experience required:

  • Previous PA experience is desired
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Calendar)
  • Excellent grammar and spelling
  • Ability to proofread accurately
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Maintains high standards with an excellent attention to detail
  • Trustworthiness is essential due to the private nature of the work involved
  • Strong time-management skills with an ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • A flexible approach to all aspects of the role and the needs of the business
  • Well presented with a friendly and professional manner
  • Highly discrete
  • High level of empathy
  • Proficiency in a second language is advantageous
