An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Urology department to join our Andrology team as a Patient Pathway Assistant.

The post holder will actively manage the administrative processes attached to patient treatment pathways, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for both the multidisciplinary team and patients. They will deliver a high-quality administration service, a positive patient experience, and excellent customer service.

Both written and verbal excellent communication skills are expected along with experience of maintaining databases and confidence in using Excel. The role requires someone who is proactive, willing to take ownership and accountability, and able to manage a high-volume workload.

This vacancy has been advertised in accordance with the new NHS pay rate which will take effect from autumn 2024. It is a full-time post working alongside a multidisciplinary clinical team and admin team. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who demonstrates skills with a focus on maintaining and achieving high quality patient care.
