We are seeking an enthusiastic and bright individual who enjoys working in a busy and friendly team environment to support us in the delivery of a quality service. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Administration Assistant. This is a full-time position, working hours of 37.5 hours a week.

  • The successful candidate must have excellent customer service and communication skills, a high degree of empathy, diplomacy and integrity. You will be required to demonstrate sensitivity, an awareness of patients’ needs and a commitment to improving the patient experience. You will be responsible for managing appointments, processing patient correspondence, resolving simple enquiries from patients, and helping to provide cross cover for other members of the administrative team.
  • In addition, you should be well organised with good communication skills. You will be required to have IT skills using Microsoft Office and have a knowledge of administrative procedures, acquired through training and/or previous experience of working in an administrative environment. Previous NHS experience, or experience of working in a healthcare setting would be desirable.
