As a Senior Patient Pathway Co-ordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring efficient patient care within the Surgery POD at Newham General Hospital. If you thrive in an organised, fast-paced environment and are dedicated to meeting the needs of both staff and patients, this opportunity is tailor-made for you.

Team Allocation: You’ll work within a department, collaborating with specific teams. Your primary responsibility will be managing the day-to-day operations of the POD.

Staff Management: You’ll oversee staff, including handling annual leave, sickness, and other administrative tasks.

Timely Administration: Ensuring that clinics, theatre lists, letters, and general administrative duties are carried out promptly by your teams.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Cerner Millennium, Excel, and Word applications is essential.

Pathway Knowledge: A good understanding of the Patient Tracking List (PTL) and Referral to Treatment (RTT) pathway is required.
