We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Manager to lead our new, bespoke, state-of-the-art care facility in Haddington. Our facility is designed to promote independence and comfort for its service users. If you have a passion for providing exceptional care and strong leadership skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of nursing care.

Ensure compliance with Health & Social Care Act 20and associated regulations.

Promote the wellbeing of both Service Users and staff.

Recruit, train, and evaluate staff.

Manage financial affairs, including budgeting and occupancy rates.

Maintain positive relationships with medical professionals, relatives, and the community.

Ensure a safe environment in compliance with Health & Safety regulations.

What We're Looking For:

Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Council.

Knowledge of aging processes and care planning.

Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting.

Strong communication skills and commitment to equal opportunities.

Ability to manage risk and ensure best practices in nursing care.

Training and Development:

Mandatory training in areas such as Fire Safety, Food Hygiene, First Aid, Dementia Care, and more.
