About me I am 50 years old, female. I have PSTD and my health continues to be poor with pockets of anxiety and extreme low moods.
I need support with regular administration of medication.
I mobilise independently but due to my pain and physical health conditions, I have great difficulty using stairs.
I am slow and can become out of breath very easily and can only stand for no longer than 15 mins without a break and breath recovery is a struggle.
This makes domestic tasks and cooking meals difficult and sometimes not possible.
It is important for me to have continuity of regular and reliable support from Personal assistant.
