Role Overview:
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality clinical care to residents, enhancing standards in relationship-focused care and dementia care. Key responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing clinical care with the Clinical Care Manager.
  • Leading the clinical team in line with Hallmark’s vision.
  • Reviewing care plans to ensure they meet individual resident needs.

Qualifications:
