The Health and Wellbeing Lead will be responsible for supporting the implementation of our People Strategy, contributing to the Trust’s cultural change and transformation journey. The post holder will proactively lead of aspects of the Health and Wellbeing and OD agenda.



Main duties of the job



Scheduling, managing, co-ordinating and delivering health and wellbeing initiatives and campaigns

Developing internal staff communications in respect of wellbeing work which support a positive staff experience and aims to grow a thriving organisational culture which places staff welfare at its centre
