Aberdeenshire
. We’re looking for Care Assistants to fulfil our customer’s needs while being outstanding ambassadors of our brand.
We understand that everybody has their own life outside of work, and we want to accommodate that too. We have care staff going out to our customers between the hours of 7am and 10pm. We offer
full-time and part-time hours as well as relief shifts
, a variety of career development opportunities and a host of employee benefits (below). Shifts include
[Weekdays: 7am-10pm, Weekends: 7am-10pm]. Other hours are available.
Domiciliary Care Assistant
Here’s a breakdown of what you can expect:
- Supporting customers with all aspects of their personal care
- Assisting customers with all aspects of medication
- Assisting customers with all aspects of their meal preparation
- Supporting customers in the use of aids and personal equipment
- Supporting customers with home management
- Helping in the promotion of a customer’s mental and physical activities
- To document and report all relevant customer information
- Supporting customers and their families with health and social care needs
To become a Care Assistant, you need:
- Right to work in the UK
- Excellent level of English
- Full and valid UK driving license
- Access to a car/vehicle
Because we care about you, in addition to a secure and stable career, we offer:
- Hourly rate = £11.44-12.50 (Monday to Sunday)
- Paid mileage between calls - 35p per mile
- 12-week mentor to settle you into your new role with confidence
Set on-call rate, with an increase on the weekends
- Defined career pathway
- 28 days paid holiday(including bank holidays) (pro rata)
We also provide:
- FREE PVG
- Access to Health & Social Care qualifications
- Blue light card, offering store discounts at retailers
- Fully paid induction programme including shadowing, uniform and all PPE
