The Britannia Hampstead Hotel is a 135-bedroom hotel within easy reach of all major transport links. Our reception desk offers fantastic customer service and care 24-hours per day and we are looking to recruit a Night Supervisor

As Night Supervisor, you will be required to;

• Manage the nights team in the absence of the nights manager
• Ensure the team are aware of the business and events within the hotel
• Make sure that the public areas are cleaned, and any events are prepared
• Be responsible for regular security walks and floor checks
• Provide excellent customer service to our guests
• Ensure an accurate handover is provided for the next team on duty
  
  

This position is suitable for an experienced Night Supervisor or Night Receptionist who is looking for a management position. The successful candidate will be Opera trained.
