As Night Supervisor, you will be required to;
- Manage the nights team in the absence of the nights manager
- Ensure the team are aware of the business and events within the hotel
- Make sure that the public areas are cleaned, and any events are prepared
- Be responsible for regular security walks and floor checks
- Provide excellent customer service to our guests
- Ensure an accurate handover is provided for the next team on duty
This position is suitable for an experienced Night Supervisor or Night Receptionist who is looking for a management position. The successful candidate will be Opera trained.
