We have an exciting opportunity to step into a Band 7 senior role as our
0-19 Operational Lead.

Managing the School Nursing and Health Visiting Services in Bracknell, you'll provide visible and professional leadership. Our service works in a vibrant community setting and you'll be passionate about this being accessible for all.

You'll enjoy:

  • The variety and challenge of managing a team of dedicated health visitors and school nurses.
  • Working closely with Children's Service Leads to support the 0-19 service as a whole.
  • Playing a key role in shaping policies, practices and strategic initiatives to deliver our service to high standards.
  • Overseeing service performance, identifying risks and implementing improvements.
  • Gaining valuable experience in operational planning, team leadership and budgetary management.
  • Using your strong interpersonal and communication skills and your expertise to empower and inspire the team in your care.
  • Playing a key role in fostering our culture of lifelong learning and reflective practice in the team.

Our service operates Monday to Friday 9.00 to 17.00. We welcome full time application and part time applications for a minimum of 30 hours.
