Support Knowsley Community Services as an administrative assistant for Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital, working from the administration hub and within local Primary Care Resource Centres. You will be the friendly first point of contact for patients—handling calls, processing inbound referrals, booking and scheduling appointments to meet local KPIs and RTT targets, and keeping patient records up to date on PAS and EMIS Web. Day-to-day tasks include transcription and typing of clinic letters and discharge summaries, preparing clinic documentation, cashing up clinic activity, chasing results and correspondence, and liaising with community venue staff. The role demands discretion, accuracy and a flexible approach to cover hub- and clinic-based activity across a 8am–8pm service, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
