In this supernumerary position, your clinical expertise will shine as you advocate for safe and effective practices, assisting the MDT in continuously refining plans of care for optimal outcomes. Your role also includes providing pastoral care and facilitating an enriching learning environment for both students and qualified staff. Engage actively in initiatives like Safety Summit meetings to implement quality improvements and new practices.
