Exciting opportunity for an experienced and and highly skilled Clinical Lead Dental Associate to join our new high-end, beautiful, modern, forward-thinking 100% private dental practice in Knightsbridge. The Practice
The practice has a contemporary ambience comprising state-of-the-art dental surgeries equipped with all the latest equipment and is located on a busy high street with close public transport links. The practice offers a full array of dental services ranging from simple to complex cosmetic & restorative dentistry, periodontics, maxillo-facial services, orthodontics, sedation, implants, facial rejuvenation, digital dentistry and more.
The Role:
As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of dental services at your primary Practice. You will act as a bridge between the dentists, the practice manager, and the operations team, and provide feedback and support to all parties. In addition to your leadership duties, you will work clinical days, providing hands-on patient care and maintaining your clinical skills. You will also participate in regular meetings, audits, and hiring processes, and keep up to date with the latest developments in dentistry.

Essential requirements:
- GDC Registered
- 2+ years Private Practice Experience
- 6+ years Post-Grad experience
- 2+ years Management experience (corporate / hospital environments)
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to build own list through pro-active marketing
- Exceptional communication skills
- Energetic personality
- Ability to perform the highest quality of dentistry in the most ethical manner
- Long-term commitment is essential
- Post Grad Qualification
- Experience in cosmetic dentistry
- Experience in dental education
