In Farnham, you'll be part of a close-knit team supporting five brilliant gentlemen aged 19 to 50. They're social, adventurous, and full of personality—and they're looking for someone who shares their enthusiasm for new experiences. What You'll Be Doing - Delivering person-centred support using our proven Activate model - Leading and inspiring your team to provide outstanding care - Supporting individuals in activities like: - Planning and enjoying holidays - Visiting museums and local attractions - Attending live music events at Prince's Hall and G Live - Participating in sports coaching sessions - Sharing meals and pub lunches around Farnham - Building strong relationships with families and supporting regular visits - Adapting communication styles to meet each person's unique needs Shift Patterns - Early shifts: 7:30am - 3:00pm - Late shifts: 2:30pm - 10:00pm - One sleep-in shift per week (£50 allowance) What We're Looking For - Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism - A confident, compassionate leader ready to guide and inspire - Someone who values teamwork, creativity, and person-centred care Please see the full job description attached for more information about the role.
