What you’ll do • Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support • Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads • Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments • Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers • Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community Why join us This is more than a job – it’s a place where you feel valued.
