Make a real difference as a Learning Disabilities Support Worker with Cygnet Health Care at Cygnet Elms in Birmingham (B23). You’ll work 42 hours per week across days, nights and weekends supporting a small, high-dependency service for 10 women with learning disabilities and associated complex needs, many on a step-down pathway from more secure settings. The role is hands-on and varied: delivering personalised care, encouraging independence, assisting with medical and welfare needs, maintaining a safe environment and reporting on progress. Salary is £26,208–£27,248 pa (circa £12.60 rising to £13.10 per hour); enhanced DBS required.
