Work nights supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities at Amberwood Lodge, Cygnet’s specialist residential service in Bournemouth (BH14). This permanent, full‑time role is nights only (42 hours per week covering weekdays and weekends) and offers pay of £12.86–£13.36 per hour (approximately £26,748.80–£27,788.80 a year). Your role will centre on person‑centred care: delivering tailored physical and emotional support, assisting with medical and welfare needs, reporting on residents’ health, maintaining a safe, clean environment and promoting independence and community integration for people who may present behaviours that challenge. Safeguarding, consistency and respectful, flexible learning approaches are essential to the day‑to‑day work.
