Support women with complex learning disabilities at Cygnet Elms in Brimingham (B23) as a Night Learning Disabilities Support Worker. This role is a hands‑on, night‑focused position (42 hours per week, with rota flexibility including some days and weekends) supporting a small, high‑dependency service of 10 women who are stepping down from more secure settings. You’ll provide personalised physical and emotional care, help develop daily living and independence skills, assist with medical and welfare needs, keep the environment safe and report appropriately — all within a team that values dignity, structure and positive behaviour support.
