Cygnet Health Care is recruiting a Learning Disabilities Support Worker (Days) at Oakwood Gardens in Wombourne (WV5). This permanent, full‑time post is 42 hours per week (days 07:45–20:00, including alternate weekends) supporting adults aged 18+ with learning disabilities, autism and complex mental health needs across nine self‑contained bungalows. The role is hands‑on: you will support residents with daily routines, promote independence, accompany people into the local community, monitor health and complete records, and escalate concerns to senior staff. Experience of working with people with learning disabilities is essential, and the post suits compassionate, patient carers who value practical, relationship‑based support and working as part of a close local team.
