Cygnet Health Care is recruiting a Learning Disabilities Support Worker (Days) at Oakwood Gardens in Wombourne (WV5). This permanent, full‑time post is 42 hours per week (days 07:45–20:00, including alternate weekends) supporting adults aged 18+ with learning disabilities, autism and complex mental health needs across nine self‑contained bungalows. The role is hands‑on: you will support residents with daily routines, promote independence, accompany people into the local community, monitor health and complete records, and escalate concerns to senior staff.
