Night-time Learning Disabilities Support Worker role with Cygnet Health Care at Oakwood Gardens, Wombourne (WV5). You’ll work 42 hours a week on nights (19:45–08:00) including alternate weekends, supporting nine self-contained bungalows for adults (18+) with learning disabilities, autism and complex mental health needs. The role is hands-on: promoting independence, supporting day-to-day living, monitoring wellbeing, recording health information and raising concerns with senior staff. Previous experience working with learning disabilities is essential, an enhanced DBS will be required, and — due to the occupational needs of the service — this vacancy can only accept male applicants.
