Experience
dLearning Disabilities Support Workers (nights only)to join our team working atLangdale House.You'll be working 42 hours a week(from 08:00pm till 08:00am, including alternative weekends), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care atLangdale House.Langdale Houseis a specialist residential service supporting individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.The main house accommodates up to eight residents and offers spacious communal areas, a dedicated activity room and an enclosed outdoor garden within a homely environment.In the grounds we have two new single occupancy flats in the Coach House. Each flat boasts a double bedroom with fitted furniture, a bathroom / wet room and open plan living and kitchen space.

Your day-to-day...Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our careProvide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional supportLearn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate wayAssist with medical & welfare needsReport on medical & welfare needs as requiredSafeguarding PatientsMaintain a safe, clean environment for all
