Our aim is to empower individuals to develop daily living skills, build confidence, and achieve their personal goals in a safe and supportive environment. The Role As a Learning Disability / Mental Health Support Worker , you will: Provide compassionate, consistent support to individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs. Promote independence, choice, and inclusion in everyday life. Support with daily living tasks such as cooking, budgeting, personal care, and accessing the community. Encourage and assist with meaningful activities and social engagement. Work collaboratively with professionals, families, and the wider team to deliver person-centred care. Maintain clear and accurate records in line with service standards and policies. About You We're looking for someone who is: Caring, patient, and committed to making a difference. Able to build positive relationships and communicate effectively. Understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
