Make a real difference supporting young adults at Beaumont College as a Flexi-Bank Learning Support Worker based in Lancaster (LA2). You will work within small multidisciplinary teams supporting special school leavers with complex autism, learning difficulties and long-term health conditions, helping them access lessons, develop life skills and participate in community activities. The role includes providing dignified personal care, implementing agreed care plans and communicating effectively with students and colleagues. This is a flexible bank role with full‑time hours available, paying £12.31–£13.53 per hour.
