About the Role We're looking for a female Live-In Support Worker to join our friendly team supporting a lovely client in Grimsby. Our client is an active, independent woman living with her husband in a fully adapted home. She enjoys a good laugh, has a dry sense of humour, and loves a Friday night out at the pub! You'll have your own space upstairs (bedroom, bathroom, and sitting room) and will work alongside an experienced team member to provide care with dignity, respect, and compassion. ? What You'll Be Doing Providing person-centred care and support with daily living, including personal care, moving and handling, and household tasks. Encouraging independence and supporting social activities. Driving the client's vehicle, so a full, clean UK driving licence is essential. Respecting privacy and being present when needed someone who values both companionship and boundaries. ? When You'll Work Flexible bank assignments within Lincolnshire. Shifts typically last two weeks at a time , giving you stability and balance. Zero-hours contract flexibility that fits around your life. ? What We're Looking For A kind, caring, and reliable person. Someone with great communication skills and a sense of humour. A full UK driving licence (essential for this role).
