As Maintenance Coordinator at Avery Healthcare’s Purley home you’ll keep residents and colleagues safe and comfortable by overseeing the building’s fabric and systems. Day-to-day you’ll respond to maintenance concerns, carry out compliance checks (fire, water and health & safety), manage contractors and alternative suppliers, and cover any emergencies affecting heating, plumbing, ventilation, electrical and other mechanical systems.
