Support a quiet, independent gentleman in Stafford (ST16) as a Male Support Worker for full-time long day shifts (7am–7am, includes paid sleep‑in). This 1:1, lone‑working role suits someone calm, confident and experienced in supporting behaviours of distress; you’ll encourage routine and independence through household tasks (meal preparation, light domestic duties such as hoovering and gardening), accompanied outings and weekly train journeys, and you’ll administer medication as required. There’s no personal care, hoists or wheelchair handling involved. The role pays £12.35 per hour plus a £50 payment for sleep‑ins and requires a full UK driving licence.
