We're looking for a Male Support Worker to support a gentleman in his 30s with autism and learning disabilities. This is a 1:1 lone-working role, ideal for someone who is confident, empathetic, and experienced in supporting behaviours of distress. Who Will You Be Supporting? You'll be supporting a quiet, independent man who values his space and routine. He enjoys: - Vacuuming - even making a mess just to clean it up again! - Gardening - Going for walks - staff follow at a respectful distance - Train journeys to visit his parents every Tuesday in Wolverhampton He's shy by nature and takes time to build trust, so patience and consistency are key.
