Make a real difference to expectant families as a Maternity Clinic Coordinator in the Antenatal clinic at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust. You will be the first point of contact for patients, delivering high‑quality reception and administrative support: greeting and checking patients in using the Trust patient administration system, booking appointments, accurately recording patient data, assisting with electronic self‑check‑in kiosks, and handling telephone and face‑to‑face queries. The role also includes managing clinic lists to agreed profiles to avoid over‑booking, booking follow‑ups to KPI, cashing up clinics and supporting the Assistant Service Manager and Service Manager with cancellations and other administrative duties. Strong interpersonal skills, clear verbal and written communication, a polite and sympathetic manner, and experience in clerical or customer‑facing administration are essential; GCSEs in English and Maths are required and Cerner or NVQ3 in admin/customer care are desirable. The post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service check.

This permanent, full‑time Band 3 role is based at Northwick Park Hospital (London HA13UJ) with a salary of £29,651–£31,312 pa inclusive of High Cost Area Supplement (pro rata).
