You’ll deliver evidence‑based MBT/DBT-informed care within a friendly multidisciplinary team, carrying out specialist assessments, complex formulations, individual and group therapy, risk assessment and crisis intervention, and where appropriate acting as care coordinator under the CPA. This permanent, full‑time post is Band 7 (£56,276–£63,176 pa inclusive of Inner London HCAS); earmarked funding is available for MBT training and applicants who are core mental health professionals without assessed psychotherapeutic experience may be appointed at Band 6 while completing MBT training and supervised practice. Candidates must hold UK professional registration (e.g. NMC, HCPC, UKCP) or be a Clinical Associate in Psychology with CAP training; formal postgraduate psychotherapeutic or MBT training with supervised experience is required (or be working towards this via the Band 6 route). The post is subject to a DBS check; skilled worker sponsorship applicants will be considered.
