Step into a front-line role as Medical Receptionist/Care Navigator with Market Street Health Group in Newham (E6). This permanent, part‑time post is 25 hours per week with set afternoon shifts (1:30–6:30pm), based in a busy but friendly, purpose‑built practice with ten doctors. You’ll be paid £12.21 per hour and work with a diverse, often higher‑need patient list (many under‑16s and older people), supporting around 12,000 patients alongside GPs, clinical pharmacists, nurses and an experienced admin team.

You will be the warm, efficient first point of contact—helping patients in person and by phone, navigating appointments and services, using practice computer systems and working closely with clinical colleagues.
