Caistor Health Centre in Market Rasen is seeking two part-time Medical Receptionists, each working 20 hours per week, to join their team following the retirement of a long-standing colleague. Ideal candidates should have experience working in a GP practice and familiarity with SystmOne and accuRx. The primary responsibility of the role involves assisting patients with booking appointments, directing them to the appropriate clinician, and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the practice. Receptionists will engage with patients both in-person and through various communication channels, including telephone and email.

Key duties include processing appointment requests, managing incoming and outgoing mail, filing medical records, coordinating patient home visits, handling repeat prescription requests, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
