The team fully supports and delivers regular managerial, professional, peer, clinical and safeguarding supervision to build upon confidence, competence, and commitment to developing self and the role. Typical duties include: To assist the liaison clinicians in their clinical work with children, young people and parents or carers. To assist qualified clinicians in their training of paediatric and A& E staff. To work with the The Eating Disorders team and provide meal supports for children and young people with an eating disorder, under the direction of the eating disorder service care coordinator. To prepare psychoeducational material for children, young people and their families, and for use of other agencies staff, under the supervision of a qualified clinician in the team. To prepare and organise materials for brief therapeutic input, under the supervision of a qualified clinician in the team. Within the team, we work on a flexible working pattern to provide cover for a core day 8am-8pm Monday-Friday and 10am-6pm Saturday Sunday and Bank Holidays.
