Support young people aged 16–30 at Woodside Residential Service in Fixby, Huddersfield, as a Mental Health Support Worker. This role requires a full UK manual driving licence and willingness to drive the service car. You’ll work shifts (full‑time 37.5 hrs or part‑time 25 hrs available) supporting young people with mental health needs — promoting independence through education, daily living skills, medication administration, record keeping and supporting transitions into the community. Pay is £24,570–£25,662 (pro rata for part time) and previous care experience isn’t essential; full paid training, induction and ongoing mentoring are provided.
